Nancy’s Seminars, Workshops and Retreats are structured to fit your audience, setting and time frame. Some ideas to consider include:

Yoga – An act of kindness toward oneself.

A Yoga Two-Day Retreat - The goal of yoga is to see who you truly are. Nancy’s retreat is an opportunity for individuals to dive deeply into yoga without the distractions of daily life. You will work your whole body. Each two-day retreat leads you to practice the asanas (postures) and meditate twice a day. This will help to bring your body into balance, to bring your bones into alignment and to increase your range of motion.

For those new to yoga, Nancy’s retreat will give you the opportunity to discover unknown aspects about your strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga practice provides excellent cross-training for any other form of exercise that you do.

For regular practitioners, Nancy’s yoga retreat will help you to accelerate your learning by having time to integrate what is presented in each class.

Nancy also teaches one hour early morning yoga and evening classes at Board Retreats, Alumni Weekends, Strategy Sessions, and Conferences.
