Optimum Health

Nancy’s concept on how to achieve optimum health – both mentally and physically -- was born from her years of learning, teaching, and just plain living. She believes that we all have five bricks of energy for living and to be successful human beings, we must use them wisely. This requires knowing ourselves and having the courage to take action to be all that we can be. She believes we cannot contribute to the happiness of others unless we first take responsibility for ourselves.

A Five Fold Path To Well Being is for those qualities we share. It's a recipe for living that involves water & water based foods (fruits and vegetables), exercise, rest and inner peace.
